Take care of your nails

Take care of your nails, and use the moisturizers and booster of the nail.

Hygiene is one of the most important aspects to keep in mind while getting a nail treatment done. At a specialized nail care salon and spa, your nail care specialist uses only sterilized products in order to ensure care and caution. The usage of non-sterilized instruments can invite unwanted infections due to the fact that the same instruments were used on multiple clients thus exposing one to many potential germs and diseases.
Nail maintenance and regular salon visits are good to keep a professional and clean look. Too often, nail care is relegated to a category of luxury and many people skip out on this type of service. Getting a basic manicure instead of other costly options such as acrylic or gel nails is a simple way to overcome neglecting nails with frivolous excuses like not enough time or it's too expensive

Here are some basic nail care tips to help you get better nails:
First of all, wash your hands with mild soap and use a nailbrush. Then soak the hands in warm water for a few minutes to soften the cuticles (the bits of skin at the bottom of the nails).Very gently push back the cuticles if they are long and ragged. Trim the nails to the same length, cutting off any snaggy or spiky bits. File the ends of the nails to smooth them off. If your hands are dry, apply some hand cream.
Bitten nails aren't exactly seductive, so to prevent you from biting them, try an anti-biting nail paint. It tastes absolutely disgusting, but will stop you putting your fingers in your mouth so often.
It is very easy to find nail care products that will keep your nails in good shape and clean.
